Who we are

A NOT FOR PROFIT, COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION

The Lac Ste. Anne Foundation was established by Ministerial Order as a management body under the Alberta Housing Act, effective January 1, 1995, to provide adequate and suitable low cost housing to seniors and low-income households, in the Lac Ste. Anne Foundation communities served.

The Foundation operates with a 7 million dollar operating budget and mirrors the calendar year with respect to its twelve-month fiscal period.

Our staffing components consist of Kitchen staff, Lodge Assistants, Social & Leisure Staff, LPN’s, Health Care Aids, Maintenance personnel and casual helpers.

In addition, a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Administrative Assistant/Reception, Finance Officer, Finance Clerk, and 5 Site Managers, form our management team.

What we do

HELPING SENIORS, INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES FIND ADEQUATE, SUITABLE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING

The Lac Ste. Anne Foundation is responsible for ensuring safe and caring accommodations to citizens at an affordable cost; giving priority to those within the geographical jurisdiction of the Foundation.

The Lac Ste. Anne Foundation currently provides housing management to:

- 151 Lodge/Supportive Living Units
- 113 Senior Self-Contained Units

We also provide program administration for the Direct to Tenant Rent Supplement and Private Landlord Rent Supplement program in Whitecourt, Mayerthorpe, Sangudo, Alberta Beach, Gunn and Onoway.
